What is a Pancake Taco?
A fresh, fluffy American pancake folded taco-style while it's still warm, then loaded with sweet fillings like Nutella and strawberries, Biscoff and strawberries, or fruit salad and cream. It's handheld, mess-free and made to order — our signature.
Is it a Mexican taco?
No — the "taco" is purely the shape. There's no Mexican filling involved. We fold a sweet American pancake like a taco shell so you can hold it in one hand and load it with sweet toppings.
Can they be vegan or gluten-free?
Yes. We make vegan and gluten-free batter and offer dairy-free fillings, so guests with dietary needs can enjoy the same fold-and-load experience. Everything at the bar is clearly labelled.
Are there savoury options?
We're sweet-led, but we run a few savoury heroes for grown-up crowds — think pulled pork, cheese and onion, or ham and cheese — alongside the sweet menu when an event calls for it.
