How quickly can you serve a crowd?
Our trailer is built for footfall. With a full team on the griddle we serve a fresh pancake or folded taco roughly every 20–30 seconds per server, keeping the queue moving even at peak. We size the crew to your expected numbers.
What power and pitch do you need?
A pitch of around 5m × 4m suits the trailer plus a serving queue. We trade from a 32A/16A hook-up where available, or run self-sufficient on our own quiet generator — just let us know what the site provides.
Are you fully insured and hygiene rated?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance, hold a 5-star food-hygiene rating, gas-safety and PAT certificates, and can send our full paperwork pack to event organisers on request.
Do you take card and contactless?
We're fully cashless-ready with fast contactless and card terminals, and can also run on event tokens or a pre-paid voucher system if that's how your festival operates.
Can we book you for a whole weekend?
Absolutely. We do single-day markets through to multi-day festivals, and we're happy to discuss pitch fees, concession splits or a flat trading rate — whatever model works for your event.
